Conditions for Return (All Product Categories):

Beauty Products:
1. The seal must remain unopened.
2. The product should remain unused.
3. Intimate customer care within 48 hours of receipt.

– All original tags must accompany the return.

Product Opening Video Requirement:
For all product categories, after receiving the product, the customer must provide an opening video within 48 hours of delivery. This video will serve as documentation for any potential damage or defects in the received product. Failure to provide this video may affect the eligibility for returns or exchanges.

Return Request Period (All Product Categories):
– 48 hours from the date of delivery.
